This isn’t about complaining. It’s about opening up a conversation — so parents of neurodivergent kids can feel a little less alone, and parents of neurotypical kids can better understand what their friends might be carrying.

In this episode, I’m diving into what life really looks like behind the scenes in a neurospicy household — from rigid routines, sensory overwhelm, and picky eating, to emotional letdowns after masking all day, social isolation, extra planning, and the constant mental load that comes with it all.
